📚 How It Works
October 12–23
Participants will read as many minutes as they can during the challenge!
1. Find Sponsors
Students will ask family, friends, and supporters to sponsor their reading by pledging a certain amount per minute or making a flat donation.
2. Read & Track
Students will keep track of the number of minutes they read using their pledge tracker.
3. Collect Donations
Students will collect their pledged donations from sponsors.
4. Turn It In
All pledge trackers and donations must be turned in to the school office by October 28.

Prizes
- If the entire school raises $5000, STUDENTS WILL DUCT TAPE PASTOR ZAHN TO THE WALL.
- All students participating in the read-a-thon will earn tape to help.
- Classroom with the highest average minutes read per student will earn a frozen treat!
- Top 2 readers in every class will be entered for a drawing of prizes and names will be recognized during morning announcements.
